Approach

We approach projects with a strategic vision, which begins with a shared understanding of our customers’ goals. We then focus on creating thoughtful, purposeful solutions to achieve those goals—whether stand-alone projects, or in-depth strategic marketing and communications plans. Based upon the needs of our customers, we bring together the expertise and resources of our full team to ensure a successful product. All customer communication is facilitated through our marketing strategy team, ensuring streamlined communications and project management to enhance customer satisfaction.

Partnership with Digital Education

We work closely with the Digital Education professional service unit to make strategic visions for AgriLife Extension come to life. While Digital Education provides leadership on digital products for educational and learning purposes, Marketing and Communications provides leadership and strategy for the amplification and promotion of educational assets (in addition to our role in brand elevation). Due to the interwoven nature of our work, our units often work hand-in-hand from the beginning stages of planning to ensure maximum impact.

We work hand-in-hand with Texas A&M AgriLife’s Customer Advisory Team, comprised of customer groups across the organization who meet regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of professional services as we strive for continuous improvement and excellence in all that we do.

In working with our customers—faculty, staff and employees across the organization—we pledge to:

  • Provide timely responses confirming receipt and acknowledging next steps.
  • Prioritize listening, dialogue and transparency in client relationships.
